What to Send for a Quote

A quote is only as good as the details behind it. Send as many of these as you can in your first message:

• Your latest electric bill. A photo is fine. Cover the account number, your name and your address first. If you prefer, just type the kWh used and the rate per kWh (or the total amount).
• Your city or municipality. Sun hours, travel and permits depend on where you are. A barangay helps, but we do not need your street address yet.
• Your roof. The roof type (for example metal sheet, tiles or concrete slab) and two or three photos showing where panels could go and anything that shades it.
• Your backup needs. Which loads must keep running in a brownout, and for how many hours. Or tell us you only want to lower your daytime bill.
• Your estimate. If you used our solar computation tool, press Copy my estimate and paste the summary into your message. It shows us your daily kWh, array size, battery and inverter figures and the assumptions you used.

What Happens Next

1. Assessment. We review what you sent and ask follow-up questions. For a full system, we arrange a site assessment to check the roof, shade, wiring path and your electrical panel.
2. System design. We size the panels, inverter and battery for your goal and check that the panel strings fit the inverter limits. We tell you whether JH Solar Version 1 or Version 2 fits, or what has to change.
3. Written quote. You get a written quote listing the parts and labor. The unit prices are listed on our site (₱120,000 for Version 1, ₱150,000 for Version 2, unit only). Panels, mounting, wiring, labor and permits are quoted after the site assessment, because roof type, distances and wiring change the parts list. If you want the component models and datasheets, ask and we will list them.
4. Installation. Electrical work is done by licensed electricians, following the Philippine Electrical Code. Read our guide to solar panel installation to see what install day and the paperwork involve.

When you order, you can pay JH Solar by any of these: Bank transfer, GCash, Maya, Cash. The payment schedule is written into your quote, and you never need to send bank details just to contact JH Solar.

Service Area

Tell us your city or municipality and we will confirm whether we can serve your area, and how a site visit would work where you are. If you are with Meralco or an electric cooperative, say which one, since net-metering steps differ between utilities.

Questions Without a Quote

You do not need to be ready to buy to contact JH Solar. Ask a plain question: whether a portable power station is enough for your brownouts, whether your aircon can run on solar, or how a hybrid system differs from a grid-tied one. We answer in simple terms, and if a smaller setup fits you better, we will say so.

If you already have a quote from another provider, you can send it too, with prices covered if you prefer. We can help you check that the panel count, inverter size and battery match your daily use.
